Cycling continues to lurch forward. The question is simple, if doping is found to be prevalent in a team, what actions are required by the team so that they can be allowed to race again? In Astana's case they are a new team in all but name. And apparently that still wasn't enough. Is it possible for someone in the ASO to write some of these rules down? Do your job. In the meantime, let Levi ride.
There can be no comparison between the Astana team of 2007 and the new Astana. The entire organizational structure has been rebuilt under the direction of the team’s new General Manager, Johan Bruyneel, who has thoroughly cleaned house.
